We all get caught up in these "I know" thoughts, but oftentimes we don't follow through with action and actually do what we know we should.
When there is a disconnect between the knowing and the doing, it's because we are up in our heads, up in our egos, and up in that mind space which actually prevents us from taking action - the right kind of action. But the doing actually comes from the heart. When we get out of our heads and connect with our hearts we can cross over that bridge from just knowing into doing. This is key in helping you work towards your goals and seeing the results you are after.
