Lesley was previously a senior editor of Vogue and editor-in-chief of many women's magazines, including YM, Marie Claire, Redbook, and More Magazine. She shares her views on the ‘Mean Girl’ syndrome that pervaded the fashion industry, and how she rejected that approach. After leaving More, Lesley launched Covey Club to help women to reinvent themselves in the second chapter of their career journey or life, where she shares wellness, love, and care with her community.
