Importance of processes in business

Great show on something near and dear to me. I was a process efficiency consultant for many years to large companies and in fact that was the foundation for my brain training program for the military. Basically improving mental processing. But Yuri has taken it to to the next level in terms of simplicity and practicality for small businesses.

Her admonition to focus on the outcome first, then define the processes to get there is very important. The way she uses technology available to any entrepreneur is encouraging especially to those who think they need to invest in expensive complex systems (they don’t!).

Finally I love her stress release technique! I will play with several accents but after trying a few I couldnt help laughing!
